The METALLICA coating, which is entirely national, can be produced in several galvanized distressed galvanized metal lacquer coatings by electrostatic deposition in polyester paint made after the process of distension of the steel sheets, in order to increase the corrosion resistance of the system.

With an auxiliary support structure in lacquered or galvanized profiles, METALLICA coating panels are applied to reflective surface coatings in order to reduce the reverberant field since its acoustic performance is very high through the high percentage of free area, Diffusion caused by the configuration of the distended mesh and high absorption of the mineral wool used. Due to the heat treatment and their thermo-coated coating these panels are ideal for reducing the reverberant field in technical areas such as HVAC equipment plants, compressor plants, generator rooms, wall coverings or exterior walls. In aggressive environments the thermo-lacquered coating can be realized in aluminum plate, stainless steel or with additional protection HDX.
